REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 71-2014 issued on September 10, 2014 notifies the loss of original copy from one (1) set of used but unissued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial No. ROR201301377451.

         Said form was reported as lost by Ms. Flordeliza E. Viaje of Revenue District Office No. 3. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said serial number is hereby cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
