REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 71-2006 issued on November 20, 2006 notifies the loss of a quadruplicate copy from one (1) set of an unused BIR Form No. 2320-Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) with Serial No. 004750.

     Said copy was reported missing by Ms. Fe A. Peña of RDO No. 49, Revenue Region No. 8, Makati City. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
