REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 70-2026 issued on June 22, 2026 notifies all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned about the missing triplicate copy of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip (APS) bearing Serial Number APS200100001775.

Said form was reported as missing by Revenue Officer Vincent M. Chua of Revenue District Office No. 25A. Consequently, the entire APS set bearing the said Serial Number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered
as invalid.
