REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 70-2024 issued on June 24, 2024 notifies the loss of six (6) sets of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip bearing the following Serial Numbers:

Said forms, which were reported as lost by Revenue Officer Roberto J. Delos Santos, Jr., of Revenue District Office No. 47, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
