REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 70-2021 issued on May 31, 2021 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt bearing Serial Numbers ROR201402626501 to ROR201402626550.
           Said forms, which were reported as lost by Revenue Collection Officer Lucia P. Daque of Revenue District Office No. 91, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
