REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 70-2012 issued on November 8, 2012 notifies the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Number ROR201000574794.
         Said form, which was reported missing by Ms. Aleli M. Peña of Revenue District Office No. 59, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
