REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 7-2002 issued on February 22, 2002 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2320-Tax Credit Certificate with Serial Numbers 024701-024750.
     Said forms, which were reported loss by the Accountable Forms Division, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore considered as invalid.
