REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 69-2019 issued on July 9, 2019 notifies the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Number ROR201401033009. Said form, which was reported as missing by Revenue Collection Officer Michelle F. Abon of Revenue District Office No. 6, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
