REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 69-2012 issued on November 8, 2012 notifies the loss of original copy from one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Number ROR201100326724.
     Said copy was reported missing by Mr. Floro T. Ygar of Revenue District Office No. 37. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said Serial Number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
