REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 68-2025 issued on July 4, 2025 circularizes the “Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of May 16, 2025”.

The said list includes twenty-six (26) Accredited MF-NGOs as of May 16, 2025 with their respective Certificate of Accreditation Numbers and Date of Effectivity.

Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC for good cause after review.
