REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 68-2009 issued on December 8, 2009 notifies the loss of one set of used but unissued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial No. ROR200900531554.
     Said form, which was reported missing by Ms. Luzviminda DV. Pera of RDO No. 25B, RR No. 5, Caloocan City, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
