REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 65-2015 issued on October 7, 2015 circularizes the full text of the “Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the French Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income”.
     The said agreement was amended to update Article 26 (Exchange of Information) in order to reflect internationally agreed standards on tax transparency and exchange of information.
