REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 65-2005 issued on November 24, 2005 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of duplicate to quintuplicate copies of an issued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Numbers ROR200500101051 to ROR2005101100.
          Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Donatila A. Diaz of RR No. 12, Bacolod City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof should be verified.
