REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 64-2007 issued on October 16, 2007 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Numbers ROR200701384251 to ROR200701384300.

         Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Cecilia B. Sedanto of Revenue District No. 39, Revenue Region No. 7, Quezon City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
