REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 64-2006 issued on October 31, 2006 notifies the disposal of old blank Tax Credit Certificate (BIR Form Nos. 2310 and 2320) and Tax Debit Memo (BIR Form Nos. 2311 and 2321) in accordance with Revenue Memorandum Order No. 15-2006.

     Said forms, with serial numbers specified in the Circular, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
