REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 62- 2013 issued on September 20, 2013 enjoins participation to the celebration of the 11th anniversary of the Development Policy Research Month (DPRM).

     The theme for this year’s celebration is “Making Health More Inclusive in a Growing Economy”, which emphasizes the urgent need to address the still wide gap between the richest and the poorest Filipino households in terms of health, financing, access to health services, and health status despite the country’s accelerating economic growth.

     All agencies of the government and their respective regions/fields are enjoined to participate and support the celebration by organizing activities or events that may have relevance in the presentation and discussion of the theme or may relate to policy research focusing on making health more inclusive in a growing economy.

     All Regional and District Offices are requested to provide their own DPRM streamer to be displayed at their building façade throughout the month of September. BIR employees may coordinate with the participating agencies in their respective areas for the specific activity that they may want to get involved in.
