REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 60-2015 issued on September 22, 2015, notifies the loss of quadruplicate copy of BIR Form No. 2313 – Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) with Serial No. CAR201400129022.
     Said copy was reported missing by Ms. Cherryl C. Africano of Revenue District Office No. 83. Consequently, the entire CAR set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
