REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 57-2007 issued on September 12, 2007 enjoins revenuers to participate in the activities (i.e. symposia, workshops, orientation seminars, exhibits, slide shows, and publication of statistical reports, etc.) to celebrate the 18 th National Statistics Month (NSM) in October 2007. This year’s theme is “Statistics and Actions: A Road to a Better Life
Through the Millennium Development Goals.” 

            Each Revenue Regional and District Office is requested to provide their own NSM streamer to be displayed at their building façade throughout the month of October. BIR employees may coordinate with the participating agencies in their respective areas for the specific activity that they want to get involved in.
