REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 56-2006 issued on September 18, 2006 notifies the loss of one (1) set of unused BIR Form No. 2310-Tax Credit Certificate (Revised February 2001) with Serial No. TCC200200002712.

     Said form, which was reported lost by Ms. Teresita F. Felipe, OIC-Chief of the Collection Programs Division, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
