REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 55-2009 issued on October 1, 2009 notifies the loss of original copy from one set of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial No. ROR200900389129.
     Said copy was reported missing by Ms. Connie Lu B. Dimapilis of RDO No. 54-A, RR No. 9, San Pablo City. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
