REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 54-2012 issued on September 12, 2012 notifies the loss of eight (8) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Nos. ROR201004506143 to ROR201004506150.
          Said forms, which were reported lost by Mr. Balme G. Capanpan of Revenue District Office No. 105, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
