REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 52-2018 issued on June 20, 2018 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524-Revenue Official Receipt bearing Serial Nos. 3738701-M to 3738750-M.

       Said forms, which were reported as lost by Ms. Nerissa V. De Leon and Ms. Josefina M. Velasco of Revenue District Office No. 109, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
