REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 51-2005 issued on September 20, 2005 enjoins all revenuers to participate in the activities to celebrate 16th National Statistics Month (NSM) in October 2005. This year’s theme is “Modernizing Agriculture and Fishery through Quality Statistics”, or “Makabuluhang Estadistika – Gabay sa Pagpapalawak ng Makabagong Agrikultura at Pangingisda.”
           Each Revenue Regional and District Office is requested to provide their own NSM streamer to be displayed at their building façade throughout the month of October. BIR employees may coordinate with the participating agencies in their respective areas for their specific activity that they may want to get involved in.
