REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 49-2017 issued on July 13, 2017 notifies the loss of one (1) set of previously cancelled BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt bearing Serial No. ROR201300857267.

     Said form, which was reported as lost by Ms. Ma. Vivien P. Deoferio of Revenue District Office No. 07, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
