REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 48-2006 issued on August 14, 2006 notifies the loss of the original copy from one (1) set of unissued BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt with Serial No. ROR200600212022.

     Said copy of ROR, which was reported lost by Mr. Jeric M. Aldaba of Revenue District Office No. 63 – Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
