REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 47-2021 1 issued on April 6, 2021 notifies the loss of sixty-nine (69) sets of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Numbers ROR201201485332 to ROR20120148540 .
     Said forms, which were reported as lost by formerly-designated Collection Agent Japar D.Marzoc of Revenue District Office No. 92, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
