REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 47-2004 issued on July 23, 2004 notifies the cancellation of 8 pads and 205 sets of BIR Form No. 2524 (Revenue Official Receipt), 1,250 pcs. of Documentary Stamps and 5 pads of Accountable Form No. 51 (Official Receipt) with Serial Numbers stated in the Circular.
           The abovementioned forms, which are still in the possession of Mr. Neil C. Sayson, Revenue Collection Officer of RDO No. 99, Malaybalay City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
