REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-2013 issued on May 28, 2013 notifies the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Number ROR201104918200.

     Said form, which was reported missing by Ms. Delia B. Alcala of Revenue District Office No.105, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
