REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 42-2015 issued on July 30, 2015 notifies the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial No. ROR201102981729.
     Said form, which was reported missing by Ms. Julita A. Obnamia of Revenue District Office No. 54B, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
