REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 39-2023 issued on March 23, 2023 notifies the loss of one (1) set of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 2524 — Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Number ROR201402010813.
           Said form, which was reported as lost by Revenue Officer Michael James P. Pantaleon of Revenue District Office No. 63, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
