REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 39-2009 issued on July 23, 2009 notifies the loss of four (4) original copies of Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) issued to HJR International Corporation, to wit:

Said copies of TCCs were reported missing by Ms. Carmen M. Camasura of HJR Group of Companies. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said Serial Numbers have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
