REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 38-2009 issued on July 20, 2009 notifies the disposal of seventy- four (74) sets of old blank Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) – BIR Form No. 2320 with Serial Nos. 008877 to 008950.
     Said forms have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
