REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-2023 issued on March 21, 2023 circularizes Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2023 along with the pertinent guidelines and updated nomination forms enjoining agencies to participate in the 2023 Search for Outstanding Government Workers.
         The Search covers three (3) award categories, namely: Presidential Lingkod Bayan, Outstanding Public Officials and Employees (Dangal ng Bayan) Award and CSC Pagasa Award.
              Heads of government agencies are enjoined to participate in the prestigious Search and
nominate the awardee of their Program on Rewards, Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) via electronic submission of documentary requirements to the CSC Regional and/or Field Offices not later than March 31, 2023.
