REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-2009 issued on July 15, 2009 notifies the loss of one original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) with Serial Number TCC200600003105.
     Said copy was reported missing by Mr. Norberto R. Reyes, VP for Finance, Rio Tuba Nickel Mining Corporation. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
