REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 36-2006 issued on July 3, 2006 notifies the loss of 44 unissued sets and the duplicate to quadruplicate copies from another six (6) isssued sets of BIR Form No. 2524-Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following serial numbers:

     Said forms were reported lost by Ms. Maria Reina A. Edulan of Revenue District Office No. 84. All official transactions involving the use of the missing copies of the issued RORs should be verified first. With respect to the unissued RORs, the same have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
