REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 35-2025 issued on April 10, 2025 notifies the loss of one (1) set of previously cancelled BIR Form No. 2313-R – Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration for Transaction Involving Transfer of Real Properties with Serial Number eCR202300803848.

Said form, which was reported as lost by Revenue Officers Verani D. Ayongan and Vony Rae Manao of Revenue District Office No. 10, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
