REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 35-2004 issued on June 16, 2004 notifies the cancellation of eleven (11) pads and sixteen (16) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2310 – Tax Credit Certificates with Serial Nos. TCC200200001501 to TCC200200002050 and TCC200200001485 to TCC200200001500.
     Said forms were marked “Cancelled” and perforated at the OSS Center Office on May 19, 2004. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered invalid.
