REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33-2012 issued on July 25, 2012 notifies the loss of original copy from one (1) set of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Number ROR201101150002.
         Said form was reported missing by Ms. Carmelita Zenaida M. Ines of Revenue District Office No. 40. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said Serial Number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
