REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33-2002 issued on August 30, 2002 notifies the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate issued to MAR Fishing Company, Inc. with Serial Number 000738.
     Said certificate, which was reported lost by Ms. Joanne Manabat, is declared null and void and all official transactions involving the use thereof is considered as invalid.
