REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-2012 issued on April 15, 2013 notifies the loss of fifty (50) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2231 – Withdrawal Certificate with Serial Nos. WCP201100009401 to WCP201100009450.

     Said forms, which were reported as lost by Mr. Mariano Sonon, President of Micro Dragon Petroleum, Inc. located in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
