REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 31-2021 issued on March 2, 2021 circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of January 2021.

Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693, (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC
