REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-2014 issued on April 23, 2014 notifies the loss of one (1) unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial No. 3363151G.

           Said form, which was reported missing by Mr. Peter A. Damullog who has been previously assigned as Acting Collection Agent of RDO No. 12, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
