REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-2024 issued on February 23, 2024 notifies the loss of quadruplicate copy of previously cancelled BIR Form No. 0422 – Mission Order with Serial Number MSO200100110823.

       Said form, which was reported as lost by Revenue Officer Yolanda H. Receno of Revenue District Office No. 30, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
