REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-2020 issued on March 18, 2020 extends from April 15, 2020 to May 15, 2020 the deadline in the filing and payment of the 2019 Annual Income Tax Returns and submission of required attachments, without the imposition of penalties to taxpayers.

Taxpayers may file and pay the corresponding taxes due to any Authorized Agent Bank nearest to their location or to any Revenue Collection Officer under the Revenue District Office (file and pay anywhere).
