REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-2005 issued on July 1, 2005 notifies the loss of two (2) pads of unissued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Numbers ROR200500466551 to ROR200500466650.
        Said forms, which were reported lost by Mr. Oliver R. Pador of RR No. 1, Calasiao, Pangasinan, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
