REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 27-2014 issued on April 15, 2014 notifies the loss of two (2) pieces of cigarette strip stamps at P1.15 and P 1.72 with Serial Nos. 0171400009 and 0171400010.

                Said cigarette strip stamps, which were reported missing by Ms. Felipa P. De Jesus, former vault custodian of the Accountable Forms Division, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
