REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 27-2005 issued on June 27 , 2005 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of Tax Remittance Advice (TRA) with Serial Numbers 566501 to 566525.
          Said TRAs, which were reported lost by Mr. Wahab Y. Alawi of RR No. 16, Cagayan de Oro City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
