REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-2026 issued on April 6, 2026 circularizes Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Advisory No. 2026-007, Series of 2026, titled, “Reiteration on the Deadline of Submission of the Compliances under R.A. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)”.

ARTA reiterates the prescribed manner and schedule of submission for agencies’ compliance requirements for calendar year 2026.

The Advisory is being issued to reiterate that the same submission mechanism adopted in the previous year shall continue to apply, particularly on the use of the Unified Submission Form (bit.ly/ARTACompliances) for the uploading and official submission of all ARTA compliance requirements in accordance with the procedures and timelines previously prescribed.
