REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-2023 issued on February 27, 2023 circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of January 2023.
           Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
             Also included in the said list are the MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC and expired Certificate of Accreditation, with reference to Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 159-2022.
