REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-2012 issued on June 1, 2012 notifies the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Number ROR201100415224.
         Said form, which was reported missing by Ms. Sonia M. Atip, Supply Officer III of Revenue Region No. 14, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
